  • Come to your session hydrated and wearing comfortable clothing. Before you arrive, Lily will ask for your intention or specific area you would like to work on for your session.

  • Lily will make you comfortable while you relax and absorb the nurturing experience throughout your session. If your session is 1:1 in person, you will spend most of the session on the kinesiology therapy table. If your session is remote, or online, you can choose to lie down on the sofa or bed, or participate in the session sitting up, though lying down is recommended. (Lily will send you further info upon booking)

    The session is a sacred and nurturing space for you to drop inwards and tune into what is present for you in your body and emotions. You may notice energetic sensations and your inner vision become more vivid. Lily will be monitoring your muscles and checking in with you throughout your time together to see what you are noticing and feeling.

    During a session, blockages, stress and issues will be brought to the surface, balanced and released. These resistances have often been subconsciously standing in the way of your health and wellbeing for years and now that they have been shifted, it will create some vibrational changes within your system. It’s common for emotions, thoughts and memories to rise, and you will be supported with care during the release and balance.

  • Be sure to drink plenty of water after your session as our body requires sufficient water to function properly.

    Everyone is different and you may experience all sorts of shifts in the weeks after a balance. Some notice increased energy, lightness and creativity. Others may experience unfamiliar emotions, vivid dreams, reflections on life, physical sensations, fatigue, aches and pains.

    Be gentle on yourself whilst your body adjusts during this period of integration and take plenty of rest.

    Consider booking a package of sessions if a core issue or chronic symptoms are being worked through. (At least 5-6 sessions)
